I gently demand my best effort when I practice yoga: proper
physical alignment of the postures (Iyengar-based), integrative breath work, deep relaxation, and a willingness to explore
postures that are challenging for me physically, mentally, or emotionally. I compassionately ask the same of my students and
work with students to integrate self-exploration, play, and commitment into their yoga practice.
I strive to give individualized attention to everyone in class.
It is my delight to know you and to help you navigate and experience a dynamic yoga practice in which your body/mind/spirit
continually evolves. My role as an instructor is to be a guide for you as your practice transforms. I am available to my students
on an ongoing basis by e-mail, phone, or after class to answer questions, or work one-on-one in private sessions.
